*Once your form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation within 2-5 business days. Your membership dues are to be paid in full within one month of your application receipt date or at the first general meeting. Forms of payment accepted are: Personal/Business Checks, Cash (in person only) and online via PayPal. If you choose to pay through Paypal (using the "donate" button to the left) you may indicate "Paid Via Paypal" on the Application Form.
